The tendency to over pack for a hospital stay comes natural. We don’t know exactly what we’ll need and don’t want to find ourselves without something we want. If you’re planning for a hospital stay, talk to your doctor about items they recommend, given your specific procedure and condition. Here are a few other items to consider bringing along.

Basic toiletries:

3. Soap/body wash/face wash
4. Toothpaste
5. Tooth brush
